Nicer than average would eat at the hotel next time good priced Martinis.
Shallow pool, nothing special breakfast, rooms could use a little TLC.

Not your standard room, four poster bed.
Could use a little spiffing up in room, wallpaper in bathroom was coming off.

Was looking for not your average room at your average hotel. I tend to like B&Bs. The location was good with lots of shops and dining nearby. There was 2 spots to eat in the hotel itself. I didn't try them. I liked that there was a coffee machine, fridge and hairdryer, even cozy robes. I am always disappointed when high end hotels don't have these items. They even served a continental breakfast for free, coffee, juices fruit and pastries. Not a bad deal for 1/2 price. ...read more

This hotel was a dream, great room, great food, very romantic
Leaving and my 7 hour drive home

When I chose not to stay at my sisters house, she told me this hotel was over $200 per night and I would have a hard time getting in because of some event in town. Priceline got me a price that was at least half off and the experience was great. ...read more

Good location and
very comfortable room.

Simsbury Inn was very cozy and comfortable. Our room was well appointed with a king size canopy bed. The staff was friendly and helpful without being overbearing.
